Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loans
We offer a variety of fixed interest rate mortgage loans. These loans have a fixed monthly mortgage payment during the term of the loan. Interest rates are based on the term of the loan.

Bi-Weekly Mortgage
You may be able to save money spent on interest and reduce the length of your loan by paying half of your monthly mortgage payment every two weeks.

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage Loans
We offer adjustable-rate mortgages (ARM’s) that reprice after an initial number of years. Over the life of the loan, the rate on an ARM loan will be subject to the fluctuations in interest rates.
